Dincharya which is a daily routine based on Ayurvedic principles for ultimate health of the body and mind. It is a Sanskrit word which is comprised of din (day or daily), cha (to walk forward), acharya (the learned teacher) and charya (practiced wisdom through routine).

ELIGIBILITY

  • Age limit - 8+ years

SCHEDULE

  • Morning 1st batch - 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM

    Morning 2nd batch - 7:15 AM - 8:15 AM

  • Total 15, 1-Hour Sessions/Month
  • Dates declared beforehand by TCY for the entire month.

    November Dates - 7-12, 21-26, 28-30
  • TCY may reschedule few sessions as needed
  • Must attend mandatory sessions (if any)
  • IMP: Sessions are non-transferable i.e. missed sessions cannot be rolled over to the next month. No exceptions whatsoever.

PRE-REQUISITE

  • No prior experience of yoga is needed
  • Empty stomach condition required: Due to the nature of the practices, please ensure you finish any heavy meal at least 4 hours before the class, snack 2.5 hours before and beverage (except water) at least 1.5 hour before the session.

FEE

  • 1 Month Membership - ₹ 3000/month
